About The Good Times. Poem by Riley Mask

About The Good Times.

Verse 1. I Was sittin on my porch just wasting time thinking about all the good times we use to have how

we use to sit under the sky watching the clouds change and the birds flying over us how we use to ride

horses. Go to rodeo’s and just be together.

Verse 2. When I feel you gone, and the words don't seem to come to me,

I pick up that picture of you sittin on that porch swing, Of me and you singing bout the good

times we had, Like that day at the rodeo when you first kissed me

I see you in the clouds, i see you in my dreams And I pray to god

I pray he will bring you back to me.

Chorus. Babe let us bring back the good times

climbing trees pickin wild flowers on the green hills

playing in light blue rivers

sittin on my tactor seat watching the cows graze

fishing in john boats with nothing but cane poles

Babe let us bring back the good times

Verse 3. babe If I could have just one wish, I would wish to wake up everyday

to the sound of your breath on my neck,

the warmth of your lips on my cheek,

the touch of your fingers on my skin,

and the feel of your heart beating with mine...

Knowing that I could never find that feeling

with anyone other than you.

Chorus 2. Lets Just bring back the good times.

swinging from tree trunks to the pond below

riding on fourwheelers

playing barefoot in mudholes

swinging on half-fallen pine trees

chasing dragonflies

making ripples on the blue seas

sailing on wooden boats

paddling on clear days suns shining full and moons glowing cool

babe lets just bring back the good times.
