Absurdity Poem by Omolola Oladotun David

Absurdity

Within my little world lies my little self
Confused and pursued
Running aimlessly with no defense
With just one question that has no face
A question that can only be asked by myself
Yet answered by no one else than myself
A life of Abnormality in Absurdity
Or one with Normality in Deceit

This is my answer,
I'd rather die embracing my absurdity
Than live celebrating Acceptable Deceit
