Acceptance Poem by Nicola Rutherford

Acceptance

Rating: 4.3

We spend our lives searching
For this sense of belonging
Some people die before they fulfil their desires
Such a waste of existence
Searching for acceptance
When all along
We did belong

'We spend our lives searching For this sense of belonging Some people die before they fulfil their desires' reminds me so much of my teens, early twenties, your voicing universal feelings and expressions which I particularly love, always a 10 for me
