Achieve Poem by Dave Alan Walker

Achieve

Rating: 4.8

Wrapped in a mental
image of one's self
with no way out

Caught in the crowd
walking towards repetition
into the same life
as everybody else

Unwrap yourself
leave the crowd
see what you can do
with your mind
and your hands

Oh how wonderful Dave, I love this one, being in your essence and feeling your own flow, just that. Thank you.

It is a call for realising one's potential and aim for bigger accomplishments in life than being run of the mill stuff. Thanks for this small yet amazingly beautiful poem.

Well said Dave. Taking the path least trodden, taking your life in stride and doing things your own way. Being your own mental image not anyone else's. Like this one very much. RoseAnn
