Why is it some people never listen
Is it because they are afraid to show emotion.
Why is it some people stick their heads in the sand
Is it because they are not willing to lend a helping hand.
Why is it some people close their ears
Is it because they cannot overcome their fear.
Why is it some people are so callous
Is it because they are jealous.
Why is it some people are so selfish
Is it because they are so foolish.
Why is it some people do not like the truth
Is it because they are so confused.

I know why; and it makes me sad
I hope these people are not going to be mad.
Your world becomes awful small
And one day it will come tumbling down
My advice to these closed ears
Is open up and do not fear.
Walls crumble, roses fade
Look around, man still die, and wood decayed.
So listen careful and make no mistake
Let me tell you, memories do not fade!

So take some time to think
It is the key to succeed
Take time to listen
It is the power of your notion
Take time to cry
It is a sign of a big heart
Take time to read
It is the knowledge to wisdom
Take time to dream about a better tomorrow
And hope for a world with no sorrow
History of life comes with many rays
But our memories will always stay
Faith is always at the start
Strength will always be a part.

So hear me say; there will always be grieve
But lessons are to be learned and an ability to achieve!
