After The Rain Poem by Abednego Oghenechovwiere Omashone

After The Rain

My love, my rain, my rose
Watched you the rain drizzle
Felt you the fair impact?
Nature is all at rest!

Grasses put on their smile
The trees expressed their joy
The birds gave out their song
Thanking the Almighty
For this fair blessed rain.

Hear me my morning bell:
In these, your days are blessed;
In no small way, I’m blessed!
