this is what happened
after you left
my heart stopped beating
my lungs stopped breathing
after you left

when i think of you now
my mind goes crazy
nothing can save me
after you left

i was dead inside
only to see you
when i close my eyes

now its fading
i cant see you in my dreams
im needing help now
theres no way to see
after you left

dear god, help me now
im begging you please
to bring back these memories
that were once so free

ive forgotten now
about you
and me
that we were supposedly
'meant to be'
after you left

now i cant even remember your name
cuz theres nothing left
of me or you
never something new
