Picking up memories of days gone
I remember you and mourn

Love for me you cherished so deep
I miss it in my life and weep

Your caring words hunt me often
When in night I am left alone

Your soft songs, so lovely and kind
Still ring fresh in my mind

I can't forget the vow we have taken
As love grew under the sun

I am left here alone to wish and pray
To me you will return someday
