All About You Babe Poem by Katheryn Foley

All About You Babe

Has anybody told you how great you are?
With those big eyes soft hair and and that warm midnight glow
Oh I could talk about you for hours
But there is one thing they should know
And that's how lifeless I feel when your gone

Well just the other day,
I was remembering how you said
That I'll always have you to hold,
And I intend to hold you,
With all the strength that I can,
Your all that I need in a man,

When I'm wrong you correct me,
Although I argue helplessly,
I'm stubborn in my ways,
But at least you know I'll always stay the same

When nights are cold you warm the sheets,
With your intensely warm body,
I never feel unsafe with you,
For I always know you'll protect me,

Remember those nights that we snuck to your house,
All we ever did was make out on your couch,
Your body was warm and inviting,
And the thought of loving you was exciting,

Every kiss that you give me,
Is tucked into my memory,
To look upon when I am alone,
Missing you after hanging up the phone,
Wishing I could crawl into your bed,
Snuggle up to you and kiss you on the head,
Wishing you would find sweet dreams,
Oh like this we will always be,
