ALL ALONE

IN A ROOM WITH NOTHING BUT A CLOCK AND SOME DESK
I SIT ALONE WITH EMPTINESS IN THE MIDDLE OF MY CHEST
LIKE A HOLE IN MY HEAR LIKE A CIRCLE SHADED DARK
AL BECAUSE I AM MISSING THE OTHER PIECES AND PART
IM A PUZZLE WITHOUT ALL THE PIECES
IM LIKE NUMBERS 1TO 10 WITHOUT 2 AND 3
I CANT CONTINUE ALONE I NEED SOME HELP
EVERYBODY KNOWS THAT I CANT MAKE IT BY MYSELF
A THREE LEG RACE WITHOUT THE OTHERS HELP
SO IM TRYING TO CONTINUE BUT NOT WITHOUT YOU
IM ALL ALONE SO YOU CAN SAY IM SINGLE
MY FRIENDS LOOK AT ME LIKE GO OUT AND MINGLE
THEY SAY THERE WILL BE ANOTHER YOU TURN INTO A MOTHER
THE MOTHER OF MY CHILD AND THE SPARK IN MY EYE
THE SIGHT TO MY EYE WHICH MAKES ME SMILE
HAVE JUST WALKED OUT OF HER LOVERS LIFE
SHE SAID SHE WOULD NEVER TURN BUT SHE MADE A LEFT
ALONG WITH HER SHE TOOK THE ONLY THING I HAD LEFT
THE LOVE OF MY LIFE THE MOTHER OF MY CHILD
MY WIFE TO BE TOOK PIECE BY PIECE
MY HEART WHICH CRIES OUT WHILE IT BLEEDS
I FEEL EMPTY BUT SORT OF FREE LIKE A BUMBLE BEE
AND I STAND HERE ALONE HEAD DOWN TO MY FEET
ALL ALONE MAY MY HEART AND SOUL REST IN PEACE
