All because of a stupid fight
You took your life
On the side of the road
So now i'm all alone
Sittin in my room cryin
You thought i had stopped loving you
But in truth i did, still do, and always will

You never stopped to let me explain
What i meant when i said
'Please leave me alone'
What i meant was
'just give me some time to think'
But you took it to mean i didnt want you around

Now i'm wishin i could turn back time
And that you'd be back in my arms again
But because you took your life
I'm left alone with nothing to do but cry
