I know no God
no religion
no philosophy!

I know no Bible
no Quoran
no Dhammapada
no Mahabharatha
no Ramayana!

I follow and practise
Help ever, hurt never
Love all, Serve all
Be kind, be friendly!

That is all what I know and
That is all I need to practise!

We, Indians are secular people. but we have to upkeep our religion, Hinduism and we should not let our people fall prey to the foreign religions..I can understand the true meaning behind this poem. well written! (Report) Reply

You have summed up the contents of all the religious texts of the world in such a nice nutshell here. Reading this and living by it in letter and spirit is much better than reading any holy text. A 10+ absolutely for this. (Report) Reply

Morality and ethics are not the prerogative of the theists or the dogmatists. Your simple verse speaks your humanist truth honestly and eloquently. love, Allie ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ (Report) Reply

    'Practice makes a Man perfect'

A perfect Man is a rare specie.
    Great attempt to practice
Noble gesture to be a rare specie.

I really love the theme in this poem.
    This world needs perfect people.

    Very good thought
    Poured on all readers
To realise and practice. (Report) Reply

Every religion emphasizes to practice life in good sense and faith. So when you say' Help ever, hurt never, Love all, Serve all, Be kind, be friendly! ' you practice religion indeed. (Report) Reply

Knowingly or unknowingly, you are actually following what is stated in scriptures only. Even scriptures preach the same thing. 'Sathdharmacharana' and '
samadrishti' are preached by Bhagavat Geeta. The preachings of our scriptures are in blood, in our genes and in our heritage. They follow you even without your knowing that as innate consciousness..........Great poem. (Report) Reply
