All May Come Poem by Michael P. Johnson

All May Come

"ALL MAY COME"
Wilful in sin, demonic bound
Disgraced, in Satan's jail
Disqualified for holy ground
Selfishly doomed to fail

Yet from each nation from each creed
God calls His children out
That Jesus sinless blood has freed
When faith takes captive doubt

The rich, the poor, the well, the lame
The meek, though great or small
To Jesus Christ, we're all the same
Who heed Salvation's call

When standing firm upon the deck
Of Christ; the boat of life
No yoke will hinder round one's neck
No foe can bring us strife

To glorify our risen Lord
God's Gift can be received
Upon all flesh His Spirit's poured
Let no one be deceived

It matters not what clothes we wear
Frayed suit or filthy dress
We all; may come to Christ in prayer
Shameful lives to confess

When helping others bear their pain
By stretching caring hands
What peace great joy we'll then sustain
As love engulfs the lands

Do not despise your neighbour's name
Nor put another down
For God may do to you the same
And take from you life's crown.....
