All Our Hopes Poem by Renita Dawn Clarke

All Our Hopes

Rating: 4.8

In our lives we hope for good
health, great happiness, lasting
love and peace of mind.

But, for our children we tend to
hope for more then we hope for
ourselves.

We hope for success in whatever
they wish to do. And to have pride,
which is not measured by the amount
of success, but the characters of the
person.

And when all of our blessings have
been answered, we can only say thank
you, my child, you have become so much
more than I could have ever hoped for.
