Than to ever receive'

You're always so ready
To offer your help
Thinking of others
Much more than yourself

Reaching right out
Any way that you can
So willing to listen
And to understand

You deserve many thanks
Which you don't always get
Which you don't even need
And never expect

Your joy in life comes
With all that you give
And if that isn't love
Then I don't know what is!
