    I identify with this poem so very much. Most of the time I have an iron grip of my depression so it doesn't get out of control again. But recent events have made that grip shatter and have made it seem like the only life I know is about to come crashing down. I have not taken that last step by cutting vertically, but I have been so very tempted. I know that I am not alone in my pain, but it feels like it. Reading your poem lets me know that I am not alone, and neither are you. (Report) Reply

The time you won your town the race
We chaired you through the market-place;

And home we brought you shoulder-high.
