Almost Died Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Almost Died

Almost died

I laid me on ground
I listened to whispers.

“Blades must, be like me,
Soft and kind, and sweet.”
Said grass though headless.
(Cried with perfume.)

It was fun being there
Got drunk with blood
Of grass, generous.
