Alone Poem by Winter Coulter

Alone

She sits alone in nothingness
She wonders where to go from here
She starts to cry
'Someone, please save me from myself.'

(chorus)
She sits alone,
Trapped inside her hell
Trying to pretend
This is not the end.

The pen is in her hand
The skill that was once a gift
Is now a curse
She cries out yet again
'I'm sorry,
But I can't go on.'
She thinks that no one
Can hear her screams.

(chorus)
She sits alone,
Trapped inside her hell
Trying to pretend
This is not the end.

He walked past her house
Wishing for a friend,
He hears a voice
'This is the end.'

(chorus)
She sits alone,
Trapped inside her hell
Trying to pretend
This is not the end.

Running to her door
He heard the screams.
'Can I save you? '
Her voice is killing him,
Like the blade
In her hands.

(chorus)
She sits alone,
Trapped inside her hell
Trying to pretend
This is not the end.

She sees her angel
He takes the blade from her hand
Saying, ' Please, please
This is not the end.
You can go on.
You will not die tonight.'
