Alone Again, Naturally Poem by Rosalita Fern

Alone Again, Naturally

Rating: 2.7

So here I am….again
Im alone
My friends- so I call them don’t care
Im at the end of the tunnel
At the end of the line
I have had enough, I can’t do this anymore.

I have had enough of life. They way it all is.
Im here alone.
Alone again….naturally
Friends-nowhere to be seen
Not to be heard of
They don’t care
What would they miss?
Im nothing
Im nothing special.

Im alone again….naturally.

Ah loneliness, part of the human condition. Maybe a volunteer shift or two as a hospital visitor might bring everything into perspective - 10

A lovely but sad poem. Often you find who true friends are when you are at the lowest ebb. I' don't know whether you remember the words of Gilbert O'Sullivan who included those words 'Alone again naturally' in one of his unique songs. It goes something like this la la la lla la la lal al al al la la la la la la la. I'm being carried off I really enjoyed this one Steve
