ALONE IN THE SILENCE OF A LONG QUIET NIGHT
Alone in the silence of a long quiet night
I hear Peace
I hear Poetry
I hear Beauty slowly unfolding its words of light
I can go on quiet like this for a long time
This night is a quiet night
And perhaps- far from my last
Oh dreams yet to come and distant poetry long in me
Oh happiness and quiet joy in the peace of this writing
