Alone No One Here Poem by K J

Alone No One Here

Rating: 5.0

Alone no one here
to listen to their pleads
'set me free'
they scream in fear
as there tortured
they shed tears of pain and hate
some sit there knowing fate
mothers cry 'let my children go free'
'they did nothing wrong it was all me'
they plead and beg but noone cares
they just watch and give a glare
the glare see's right into your soul, it burns
as they hit you with whips and stones
some dare to flee but slaughter they all will be.
Theres pain and suffering in the air
you can smell and taste the fear.

is this the way it's been throughout time? or does the writer have something more specific in mind.
