Along Country Fences Growing Wild Poem by Juan Olivarez

Along Country Fences Growing Wild

Spring has triumphed once again,
Winter at long last is gone.
Now comes the gentle April rain,
With mockingbirds singing their songs.

And along country fences growing wild,
Lantana once more smiles at me.
And I smile back at natures child,
As I see her blooming wild and free.
