Aloof And Calm Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Aloof And Calm

“You were not to die”
The kite was always to fly
You were so rude and ignorant
You believed only in present

I was only friend for you
Who tried to pass through?
Along with you in all circumstances
But you ignored my presence

Even though it did hurt
My sentiments
But you had only one goal
You wanted to have all diamonds from coal

You are in paid today
Your partner has passed away
I rushed to your home at first news
All people were present to have last views

She was only kind person
I respected her for many reasons
I wanted to say something to him
But conscious forced me to aloof and calm
