He gave us joy, and sorrow too.
And all his strength to see it through.
So! Take his faith. Sent from above.
It was for us. That he died for love. He came to earth to teach us how.
To cope with life and to endow.
Each one of us with Christian ways
Like prayer and faith with sin free days One day he'll come. This I know.
To say to us, it's time to go.
So follow me, come, take my hand.
It's time to enter the promised land.
