Am I A Freak Yet? !

He got all the signs of being a life,
Still he's feeling so dead,
A beating heart which is so damn broken,
A moving mouth full of words
That are left unspoken,
His tearful eyes
That can never shed a single tear,
His hearing ears that got nothing pleasant to hear,
His sacred fingers
That are lost in the book of life,
Searching for a happy ending,
Still he's desperate
All the stories ended
With a smashing strife,
And his strong feet,
That can never carry him to the thing
He hopelessly wants to meet,
What about his troubled brain
With troubles
That can make anyone go insane,
So this is his life,
And he got nothing but stress,
And nobody ever thought of sorting
This undeniable mess,
Now am I alive or dead?
Or should I join him instead!

Poem of the Day

poet Wilfred Owen

All sounds have been as music to my listening:
Pacific lamentations of slow bells,
The crunch of boots on blue snow rosy-glistening,
Shuffle of autumn leaves; and all farewells:
