American Child (2) Poem by Poetical Analysis

American Child (2)

Kids, you don't have a favored chance
Plus, you're raised in an imperial trance

'Exploit! Exploit! Destroy! Destroy! '
(Rape the girls, kill the boys...)

Hell, rape 'em all for power's sake
Stress them till their human brains break

Your parents have sworn your allegiance for ya
To insure it, they won't just try to implore ya

They'll extraordinary rendition you to clear their names
They'll deny you hurting to bare their pains

Their poisonous pills in you bodies will reside
Married to your death, are 'our' soldiers' suicides

But fairies & dragons make more sense than this
We don't even believe there's sign we missed

Boys; 'Don't hate the girls when babies die'
Girls; 'Don't let anyone let a baby cry'

That's the best you can do with what you face
It wasn't you, it was the entire human race

American Child, you will reap the spoils
Of all of your parents' patriotic toils

All the blood; all the biological assaults
Will crush you like tectonic karmic faults

And what a fitting price
Than that debt be paid with innocent life

Live this kids, with dignity & purpose
Or be cursed, like your parents, to make yourself worthless

They'll try and stop you from stopping them
They're programmed & trained so you never win

Who else fills prescription to exploit your addictions
Whitewash it 'medication' to conceal the contradictions

Your entire life you will only breathe smog
For we sent clean air to be with our gods

Every fish is a chariot of the divinity of Commerce
& intentional or not, he always harms us

Look! We feed you 'terminator technology'
For in reality, it reflects our psychology

We butcher you from the womb
By turning your mothers into a living tomb

To 'US' this all makes sense &'s just the way it is
We either: don't care; or know: we will out live our kids

American Child, sorry, that's you
I'm sure you'll manage to carry through

I wish you well & hope you do your best
Maybe you'll be one to out live the rest

Just live for the child & be sincere
Knowing all violence is only birthed from fear

Be brave as you embrace this fate
Don't waste your days & abandon hate

American Child, your path is dangerous, your enemies fast
Their secret weapon is their hidden past

And it cuts so deep, just look at your scars
They're the most sophisticated prison cell bars

American Child, they'll write about you
In 100 years, till then we'll rout you

So you never were or could've been
That's all we will do till that meaningless 'then'
