Amore
A golden cake a wedding bell
and old tyme music softly tell
of Italy, love and romance
a soldier and his girl who danced
all of their wartime blues away
together still until this day
surrounded by their family
great grandchildren upon their knee
congratulations they all say
enjoy your golden wedding day
