An angel tapped me on the shoulder
And said it’s going to be all right
Nothing is ever lost in this universe
But only moves on into a different life
We’ll miss you so very much
But you will be made whole again
No pain, no fear, you will be happy
And we know you wish that for us, too
Some things are true whether you believe them or not
Some things are true whether you understand them or not
An angel tapped you on the shoulder
With love like you’ve never known before
Nothing is lost in this universe
But it’s still hard to say goodbye
Your guide, our guides
They’re there, just close your eyes
Good journey, watch over us
We thank you for your love
Your love will surround us and we’ll know you again
In a different way in a new time
We’ll know you again
