[[ An Astronaut ]] Poem by ahmed khaled

[[ An Astronaut ]]

Rating: 5.0

in the moon
i buried my comrades
coming to earth
to see a love revolution
arise in me
but yet...
i spent a thousand years
of solitude
meeting no one to cry
no one to smile
no one to love
just the memory...
between me and myself
all those years...
i still comfort my country
i can nail memories
out of time

Twas way back 1960s.I feel they are still smelling the fingers of their hands there.Should have tried to become U.S.S.R another way than bigmouthing them with a Russian Federation. The number of prostitutes in the streets of Moscow would have crossed the numbers of their memory counts by this time...but still..ovs, evs, ovas, evas, ins and inas, tsars and tsarinas will prefer living and levitating in the skies from hand to mouth.....
