Magpies carolling;
cows ambling beneath the gums
to drink from the creek.

I love the song of the magpie this takes me back to my boyhood in the bush Thanks mate. By the way are Iscarriots like gallahs or are they not that smart?

This paints a picture of outback Australia for me. Magpies have a unique sound that has to be heard to believe. I have wondered 'why does a red cow give white milk when it always eats green grass'? Seriously Rory, thanks for your great Australian Scene. 10 Karin Anderson
