An Eagle Poem by Marilyn Shepperson

An Eagle

Rating: 5.0

Up and over the mountain
Sweeping down to the valley below
Using the thermals, wings outstretched
Looking for that elusive meal
With eyesight unbelievably sharp
An eagle balances on the wind

Well, well, well, quick one, but a good one. The way you went about it. Nicely done with the eagle.
