I guess that I'm having
An emotional meltdown
Where I just fly
Off of the handle

And, if we are lucky
I'll write down my feelings
In the form of a poem
To learn how to deal with it

And, then I get rid
Of all of my emotions
So we can deal with the
SItuation at hand
Instead of having to deal with me

Jerry this is such a humble and honest poem. Something which seems to be a consistent trait in your work and I consider it admirable. We women have the luxury of being allowed our tears when in emotional states, but as a man you probably do not find it an acceptable option. Writing indeed may be your best avenue for venting the emotion. Thanks for sharing through poetry.
