An Honorable Man Poem by Brandon Mackey

An Honorable Man

Isolated, and alone
Life presents itself still
Many forks on every road, you may choose
its called, 'Free Will'
The time is now, shouts the pit within
Your time for growing up?
Spoke the boy
Who's now a man.
When every thought is given reason, while
You gain courage, and self-growth
Remember your strength is still your weakness
even with the most honorable of men.
