when my mind is clouding my judgment
when my heart is burden with troubles
When my life is challenged with struggles
you are there to guide me through
and I thank you

Down on my knees
Calling on your name
will you help me?
Take away the pain

guide me on this journey
cause i'm lost
and I do not know my way
down on my knees I pray
that they'll be better days

and you know what's in my heart
let the problems lay to rest
cause it's tearing me apart
I can not handle the stress

when i'm down
you pick me up
give me strength
to not give up

Jesus, jesus, I love thee
thank you for keeping me
safe within your arms
protecting me from harm
You are the light in my life
that makes everything alright
I can never go one night
without you
I know you
have a plan for me
and I'll get there
one day finally
