Andrew Poem by Egal Bohen

Andrew

Although
Sometimes
Misunderstood
His love is true
Straight
From the wood
His mind a star
Sees only light
That darkness
From him
Flees the night
His words
Though oft’ at first ignored
By those who think
They know much more
Prove that his wisdom
Opens doors
So doubters
Doubting
Then
Withdraw
To give respect
Where it is due
To that
Indomitable
Soul

Now this is lovely Egal. There are people who never get recognition for all they do, there are always the know it alls, ready to put them down. A really well expressed piece of writing. Love and hugs Ernestine XXX
