Angel Poem by Vera Sidhwa

Angel

Angel

Angel sat on a flower,
And the sky did shower,
Upon the petals free.
The colors of the rainbow be.

The wings of the angel,
Like a net in water color,
Fluttered in fast motion,
And in fast beats like a heart.

At last the angel,
Decided to fly away,
And decided to go somewhere else.
It went to the forest of the angels.

There it sat in repose and fine,
This angel was beautiful,
The forest lit up with angels around.
This angel was pretty and was mine.
