Angel Poem by Sarah Bane

Angel

I see him standing against the wall dressed to a point.. I feel the blood rush in my veins. My breathe gets faster and deeper. I slip my coat off slowly, and hang it on the back of the door watching you watching me. I turn towards you and make my way to you. I open my mouth to say hello yet nothing comes out. You smile, and take my hand kissing it softly with your lips. I feel your hot breathe touch my soft skin as you pull away and look into my eyes with a wanting I have never experienced before. You ask me to dance I take your hand nervously and lead you out to the floor while soft slow music fills the air. You pull me close sliding your fingers down my spine to above my waist I take a deep pleasurable sigh feeling you take control of my body. we dance for what feels like hours yet it was only minutes. You pull me off the floor and whisk me away to a room upstairs and lock the door behind you. I stand there gazing at a miracle, A angel. I nervously approach you and you pull me in so quick I barely had time to think before your soft lips were against mine and you were picking me up to carry me to the bed. I let you take control of my body as you lay me down I watch you take your shirt off watching the moonlight gleam off your body. I take my dress off not knowing why, feeling the cold of the air around us. You hover over me I reach out my hands to touch your skin feeling the warmth as you lean down to kiss me moving down my neck. I gasp for air feeling your breathe on my neck, and your hands on my body. Yet it doesn't feel real I close my eyes and it disappears within seconds. I wake up. Was it a dream? Was He real? Could such a angel so perfect, so amazing want someone so damaged as me? A Angel he was.. A Angel I need.
