Angel
I walked
upon
a
Darkened Path.
and
found there
an
Angel corpse
with rotting
flesh
and
plagued
with
Maggots
writhing
in it's
Skull...
It's
Wings
were
Ripped and
Torn
off
Leaving
Deep
Bloody
holes...

I'd hazard a guess that is about 'loss of faith' I thought Angels were immortal and didn't die! so to find a dead angel would imply a big loss of faith.
This is very strange........very strong imagery though! ! I think I don't really get it but it is really strong. Sincerely, Mary
