Angel or Devil
My devil whispers,
Into my ear,
'Let the fire consume you, '
'Don't worry my dear, '
My devil smiles warmly,
His face is soft and kind,
He looks at me so loving,
As if he tells no lies,
My angel says,
'Don't listen to him, '
'The path he holds, '
'Is full of sin, '
My angel smiles softly,
He holds his arms out wide,
The look he gives is caring,
So much it makes me cry,
Should I choose the devil,
And be warmed by the flames,
Should I choose the angel,
An feel the light again,
The angel and the devil,
Which one do I choose,
The darkness or the light,
What would you decide to do?
