Angels Poem by Bon Darlington

Angels

Angels oh angels.
Clothed in white apparel.
Uniformed in holiness.
With necklaces of laughter.
Angels adorable…

Feathered with grace.
Angels oh angels.
Proclaimed informants of God.
Whose garments shine.
As shrouds of sunlight.
So divine!
Possess voices as though echoes whirling like wind…

Angels oh angels.
Marching in bright steps.
Taking away nights of pains.
As though they were not.
Angels and angels.
I call them recognized spirits…
