'Angels On Assignment' Poem by Linda Winchell

There are angels on assignment,
Standing right next to me and you,
They protect and guide us through our days,
They know just what to do.

Their mission is to focus,
On what God has planned,
They hold no specific color of skin,
They are every woman, child and man.

So if you feel a heart strings tug,
It’s only one of your angels, you see,
Telling you to get a move on,
To open up… allow your hearts and eyes to see.
