Angels Weeping Smile Poem by maritsa robbertze

Angels Weeping Smile

Tears drop silently from their faces
Yet they still keep on to smile.
Hearts been broken-
Yet they smile; if only for a little while...

Souls thorn apart
Pieces for pieces, they are shredded...
Crystals falling out of the sky
Falling all around our sinfull lifes...
And up we stare into their broken faces-
Yet we don't care for why they're crying-
Yet we don't worry why their hearts are broken apart

Still our angels look down on us and smile...

Even just part where we are good-
Even just only for a little while...

Our angels smile-
Although just for a little while....

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I dedicated this poem to the angels that protects us for every day and that I wrote it as a liTtle girl staring at the rain always made me think that the angels are crying over us so I started with it and later on find it when I was matric and rewrote every thing with the hope to empahzise that although we think we are alone the weeping tears of our angels we call rain is thus for us when we need them and do not see them
Hope you love it and understand it
COMMENTS OF THE POEM

Dear Maritsa, what a lovely poem you have written. It expresses my sentiments exactly. They say as children we see things much more clearer, then as adults we let the things around us obstruct our true view. Alice
