Angry Storms Poem by Martine Kolber

Angry Storms

Rating: 5.0

Maybe
There is no tomorrow
No tomorrow
For us

Maybe
There were too many yesterdays
To many
For us

Like boats
Shaken by angry storms
We twist
And break each other

Still
Stay alive
Drawn together
In heaven’s smile

Like boats Shaken by angry storms We twist And break each other Still Stay alive Drawn together In heaven’s smile After the agony of angry storms there is always a state of tranquillity. A bit symbolic but beautiful poem with deep meanings. 'May be' is the key to enter the world of poetic suspicion, the beauty of this poem. Economy of verbiage is another quality of this poem. Nice one, Martine. Best Wishes Naseer
