What do you think this poem is about?

Another Butterfly

Explored to exhaustion
To be exhausted of its minerals
The explorer marks and collects
One more butterfly to the collection
Restrained by no convention
No other nation’s intervention
Digging another hole
Somewhere to hide humanity’s trash
