Answers Poem by Amy Lynn

Ailing body, heart, and mind
Make the answers hard to find
You look, and look, and look, and look
But the answers aren't in a book
Hiding form the naked eye
The answers all lay inside
Search a little deeper for me
Then you'll see it all clearly
Although it's difficult right now
I promise they are screaming loud
Breaking out to get to you
Answers, just as bad as the flu
You drink them in, One, Two, Three
None of the answers stream from me
I'll try to stop it if I can
Just promise me you'll be a man
I know it crushed all of our old toys
But those were all for little boys
Screaming through the night so dark
The evil dog lets out a bark
It reaches all the way down your spine
And just like that you're feeling fine
For if you think for a minute or two
You'll see the answers were inside of you.
