Anthem Of The Hypocrite Poem by Thy Mother

Anthem Of The Hypocrite

Rating: 4.0

O- usurped land of the wicked,
Your unmatched beauty in accordance with the flag-
Your lovely women with covered legs and lowered eyes;
Crying forced inferiority and false modesty
The hapless men- their prying sense
Staring seamlessly with plagued desires
Mothers exuding bountiful love
Raising their belly fiends,
Never leaving the designated confined space,
Fathers indulging in legal ignorance-
Punching in and out, in a freakish trance;
Your failing system, your below- par leaders;
Who follow a false god, on a track of eery disposition,
Augmenting exponentially, reaking of putrid human desires;
Your refusal to assess a manic empire,
Your refusal to incorporate its secular culture,
Your refusal to weed out it's mind controlling preachers,
Whose unfettered narsassism borders on the insane
With their outdated message and violent ways
Judging all but themselves
With incessive egocenterism.

What will happen when your use runs out?
Baghdad and Kabul are honest examples,
You will ask me to fight for you,
For your love,
For your god,
I will refuse point blank-
For my faith is shot,
My heart is bleak and fighting spirit non-existant;
I will not pray for you, for I have never prayed
