Table performance,
Posturing!
Topped up to the brim;
From the game!
Into the realm of nonchalance.

Betrayed!
Apology;
To eat the humble pie,
Forward!
Dripped,
Overflowed.

Posturing!
To exhibit remorse;
Out, outing!
To address the issue;
Tense, sense!
Personified.

Arrogant,
Person, personified!
Wreaked upon,
Figured!
To the platform and to acknowledge the truth.

Anticipation,
An emotion!
To understand it,
With entitlement and superiority;
On and off the field.
