Apoptosis Of A Human Being Poem by rajagopal haran

Apoptosis Of A Human Being

Rating: 5.0

(For every cell, there is a time to live and a time to die. That is what we call Apoptosis; this I tried to apply to human beings as a whole and the result is the following poem)
Death by injury and
Death by suicide
Modalities formalized for
Upward movements dynamic
Mechanical damage
Propagated by machines
Starting from birth
Incubator to start with
Followed by prams
Chased by radio
Compensated by TV
Poked by stents
Appended by dialyser
Propagated by pacemakers.
Leading to inflammation
And damage to the soul
Exposure to toxins
Shrinkage in the thinking
Blebs in the mind
Degrading of high thinking
Breakdown of generosity
Forming the patterns
Events so orderly
Programming soul’s death
Turning the process intrinsic
Withdrawals of signals
Positive all along
Prompting negativity
Make suicide a factor so decisive
Triggering AIDS and
Permuting cancer cells
Demolishing the system immune
Hasten the death, everlasting.

There be only one Source that pontificate destiny's destiny....Technological vehicles are for the most part well driven with good intention, and i'd like to think well accepted by the Source, as He taught us to cherish & hold cacred all form of life....And i believe, regardless of what medical advancement has propounded, that in the end, it is the Source who holds the start, pause & stop controls.Still, i think it is a shame how so many scientifically proficient minds, continue to use their largess, for cynical, amoral, & selfish gain....Electric, and power-stated piece of work, Raj! Solid Crafting, indeed, my friend. ~ FjR ~ ..2008..

A sad comment on the mortality of human beings. But I believe that the soul will still survive it all. Strength for the journey, my poet friend. Warmest regards, Sandra
