Are You Heaven Fit? Poem by Michael P. Johnson

Are You Heaven Fit?

Rating: 5.0

In Heaven, are you fit to live?
Which way do you pursue
What true witness can God you give
Living the way you do

Thank God I know The living Christ
The Father's Son And Lamb
Jesus, Life's Truth sacrificed
The First & Last I Am

He knows my soul, my name, my face
Each secret desire
Still bestowing His love His grace
He calls me ever higher

Because I strive, whole hearted try
True faithfully believe
Through Jesus blood I'll never die
Whoever would deceive

Thank God, knowing I'm safe, I'm free
More than eagles in the sky
Love took my sin upon the tree
Calling self's will to die

Though in life, I'd sometimes falter
Oft times miserably fail
True mournful before Life's Altar
Forgiveness, would prevail

Are you convinced, facts persuaded?
Pardoned, or bound in shame,
Free or dreadfully invaded
Doomed to burn in hell's flame

Only those Jesus Christ sure
God offers grace you and I
Or torment eternal endure
Where none can ever die.....
