Arrival Poem by ronald stroman

Arrival

once the aLIENS arrive,

and find that dark meat:

is cheaper than whitemeat

and very spicy;

across the Mexican border,

i know they'll be coming for the blackman:

with the promising bait,

of housing,

jobs & pig feet,

or a caucasian woman or two,

after they've devoured 3 billion Chinese;

in aLIEN Vietnamese rice.

hopefully, they'll clearly understand

niggas, didn't get to the NBA over-night:

without fighting for their civil-right,

to avoid “penalties” on the court,

which has nothing to do

with non-payments, of child support

some of us,

were seasoned with pork

& cornbread over centuries;

stewin' in a pot of angry salt

& red clay of Georgia black eyed-peas,

for quite some time,

now ain't that hard to DUNK? ? ?

if the aLIENS knew better:

they would avoid

huntin' “illegal-aliens, ” as food

north of the Mexican border,

because they tend to be fast runners...

walkin' pass American immigration,

which may hopefully,

lead the aLIENS to understand,

that a blackman is “tougher” than chitlins:

from takin' & given azz-whuppins,

but i know,

once they try to eat;

a blackwoman:

as fast-food,

they'll discover,

a slow runnin' whitewoman

“an easy catch, ”

'cause a blackwoman is tough too:

from raising kids,

and throwin' shoes,

at more than just the mice,

to catch their attention

she would probably tell them:

if they plan on eating her...

on a bed of aLIEN lettuce,

that they'll need a whole aLIEN night,

and an army of child-care workers helpin';

to catch her children,

if... her azz & thighs is on the menu.

now tell me:

if you not aLIENATED,

is this poem food for thought

or just too poetically… OUTERSPACE? ? ?
